Jim Burke - Service Department Manager
Jim was born and raised in Tucson. He has been in the trade for over 35 years, where he started working in his family business as a helper and worked his way up. His Dad’s motto was “Where Quality Doesn’t Cost…It Pays!”. Jim has experience in both Residential and Commercial HVAC. His background includes Sales, Service, Installation, Fabrication, and Project Management. His goal at Achilles is to have the best team and service department in town. When Jim is away from work he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, riding motorcycles, and piloting small airplanes.

Kimberly Skarupinski - Service Dispatcher
Kimberly manages and moves our service technicians throughout Southern Arizona. She is responsible for the dispatching of our Technicians and managing the service schedule board. Kimberly was brought on board in 2022 as a service dispatcher and has since evolved her role assisting in the preparation of repair quotes and facilitates warranty calls in coordination with our Construction Departments.

Monica Stough - Service Dispatcher
Monica joined Achilles in April 2025, bringing her extensive expertise to our dynamic Service Department. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, she plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support, preparing work orders, and coordinating scheduling for our HVAC Service Technicians. Her dedication ensures seamless operations and outstanding customer experiences.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family, embracing an active and balanced lifestyle.

Sofia Perez - Service Administrator
Sofia joined our Service team in 2021 as a Service Administrator, managing billing and contract renewals. Her dedication expanded her role to support our Service Installation Team, ensuring efficient HVAC installations and exceptional customer service. Originally from Texas, Sofia relocated to Tucson in 2022, actively engaging in the community. She enjoys family time and reading.
