Jim Burke - Service Manager
Jim was born and raised in Tucson. He has been in the trade for over 35 years, where he started working in his family business as a helper and worked his way up. His Dad’s motto was “Where Quality Doesn’t Cost…It Pays!”. Jim has experience in both Residential and Commercial HVAC. His background includes Sales, Service, Installation, Fabrication, and Project Management. His goal at Achilles is to have the best team and service department in town. When Jim is away from work he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, riding motorcycles, and piloting small airplanes.
Kimberly Skarupinski - Service Dispatch Manager
Kimberly manages and moves 18 service technician throughout Southern Arizona. She is responsible for the dispatching our Technicians and managing the service schedule board. Kimberly was brought on board in 2022 primarily as a service dispatcher and has since evolved her role into manager as she assists in the preparation of repair quotes and facilitates warranty calls in coordination with our Construction Departments.
