Kimberly joined Achilles in 2022 and keeps our field operations moving seamlessly across Southern Arizona. As a core driver of our service department, she masterfully handles the dispatch board, tracks technicians in real time, and coordinates schedules for peak efficiency.

Always looking for ways to better serve our clients, Kimberly also prepares accurate repair quotes and coordinates warranty calls with our Construction Departments. She thrives in our fast-paced energy and is dedicated to keeping things running like clockwork!

Lexi brings over 8 years of dedicated dispatching expertise and 4 years of construction industry experience to the Achilles team. Known for her flawless organization and unmatched work ethic, she keeps our service department running like clockwork. Lexi handles the vital daily logistics of scheduling customer appointments, maintaining the service calendar, and tracking our field technicians in real time to ensure seamless operations.

A versatile asset to our team, Lexi is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, a licensed Public Notary, and possesses an innate ability to bring a smile to everyone she encounters.
